Horrible place. Can't trust a word they say. Especially the sales manager. Never will go again and highly recommend not going there. If you can't trust what a grown man says, is he really a man?

Hebert's Ford & Lincoln is an outstanding dealership. The entire staff is professional. My experience was very pleasurable! Was given a warranty on my engine and transmission for life. (warranty for life). They also have the best Maintenance service from oil changes to multi-point inspection. Being from the area, i was a little skeptical. But after the experience, i would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife suv runs great. I'm definitely in the market for a truck and will be shopping with them again soon!!!!!!!!

I thought Chris Hebert was very knowledgeable about the different products and extremely helpful when answering my questions. I found the entire staff to be true professionals in the business. They truly made me feel like a king during the whole process. This dealership was always willing to go the extra mile to keep me happy. I just can't say enough about Hebert's customer service! Also, I was extremely pleased with how competitive their prices are on new and used vehicles. I was able to get an offer for twice as much money on my trade in verse a competitor in Shreveport. If you live in Shreveport-Bossier City and you're in the market for a car. I highly recommend to everyone that you make the short drive to Hebert's Ford & Lincoln in Minden!! I loved it!!
