Minden Enterprise girls go out of their way to make sure your experience is a great one,need to talk to your guys washing your cars,I could not even see out windshield, very disturbing at 65 to pay for a clean car and can't even see out windshield! ! That was only complaint. LOVE ENTERPRISE
Good cars
This was the first time I had ever rented a car. Me and my brother was going to San Antonio for a three day business trip. Almost everything was great Presli did an awesome job on helping me out and setting everything up. I was to be there when they opened at 8 am to pick up my truck. The only problem I had was Presli called in and the guy that took her place that day didn't show up until 8:30 to open up. So I was almost an hour late for my meeting in San Antonio. But I will be back to Enterprise to rent another vehicle when I need to. As long as Presli is the one I deal with.
For. The moment I made contact with the sales rep I knew I was in good hands. Ms Geisha took very good care of my rental plans so that I was able to complete my weekend obligations. I will definitely be renting from Enterprise in Minden again.
The new guy there, Daniel doesnt know a thing about what he's doing although he has a good attitude but he doesnt explain the rates or hidden fees he charged me with once I returned the vehicle. He didnt know how to explain my bill to me he just stated he'll email it to me this was the worse communication an experience ive ever had with a rental, highly recommend going elsewhere than deal with Daniel he's clueless and doesnt listen.
