Stopped in here because the breakaway function had stopped working on my trailer. It was due to a faulty part that Big Tex had phased out some time ago so these guys fixed it up in no time. Friendly folks, would definitely recommend

I was visiting Louisiana with my wife to see her family. Our car broke down near a car-rental place, luckily. I rented the biggest truck I could find and drove to the Big Tex store while my wife stayed with the broken-down car. There, they helped me rent an auto trailer with a small discount. With my wife's help, we got our car onto the hauler and I hooked it up to the truck. We drove the rest of the way (not very far, thank God) to her family's house. We fixed the car there and returned the auto trailer and truck on the way back home. Every time we drive by Minden now, I thank God that the Big Tex trailer store was nearby.
