Lady at register was very nice and friendly. Goos selection on coffee and fresh pastries. Bathrooms need some work.
Nice clean store. Great prices on souvenirs,collectibles and such. The attached ARBY'S could use some lessons in courtesy though.
I hate to give such a low rating because the Love's store itself is just as pleasant as any other we've been to. The Arby's inside killed our experience. Took forever to get our food (restaurant wasn't busy, we were the only ones there), and when we did finally get our sandwiches, they were slopped together so carelessly that they were a mess to try and eat. Woman at the counter wasn't necessarily rude, but she definitely didn't put much effort into making us feel welcome and rather looked like she hated her job and everyone that she had to serve. As if that wasn't bad enough, the fountain drinks were stale-tasting and rather unappetizing. Kudos to Love's for (almost) always having exceptional truck stops. Just beware of the Arby's at this location.
We had to visit the shop for repairs and they did a great job and were very courteous. While waiting we went to the Arby's and that was not such a good experience. They did not listen well and our order was not correct and needed more help. Not very customer friendly.
A great place to take a break from the road. You can get a bite to eat, fill up on gas or grab that much needed rest before continuing to your trip.
